Fabien Potencier
Sensio Labs
Fabien Potencier is a serial entrepreneur. In 1998, right after graduation, Fabien founded his very first company with a fellow student. The company was a web agency focused on simplicity and Open Source technologies, and was called Sensio. His acute technical knowledge and his endless curiosity won him the confidence of many French big corporate companies. Fabien is the lead developer of the symfony framework. Today, Fabien's spends most of his time as Sensio's CEO and as the symfony project leader.
Jonathan Wage

Jonathan is a software developer who resides in the rolling hills of Nashville, Tennessee. He joined the Doctrine project as a contributor in early 2007 and has been involved in one way or another since then. Jonathan currently works full-time as a software developer at Sensio Labs.
Kris Wallsmith
Kris Wallsmith is a freelance web developer from Portland, Oregon. He spends his days in the Silicon Forrest leading the initial builds of web startups, playing soccer and raising his two young children. Kris is a member of the symfony core team and Release Manager for versions 1.3 and 1.4.
Dustin Whittle

Dustin Whittle is a Developer Evangelist for Yahoo's Open Strategy. When he is not advocating Yahoo's Open Stack, he helps develop it through his work on the Yahoo! Developer Network and Yahoo! Application Platform. Prior to his work helping create an open Yahoo!, he has contributed to Yahoo! Answers and Delicious. When not focused on Yahoo!, he is an active open source contributor for the symfony project and is a regular speaker at technical conferences around the world.
Stefan Koopmanschap
Stefan Koopmanschap is a PHP developer, consultant and trainer. He currently works as senior developer at Unet. He is a community person and is active in the dutch PHP community as secretary of the phpBenelux Usergroup as well as in the symfony community as the Community Manager.
Stefan has a wide history in Open Source, having been Support Team Leader for phpBB, documentation translator for Zend Framework and community manager, plugin developer and maintainer plus various other things for symfony.
Stefan is also a best practices advocate. He prefers easy and useful explanations of best practices over the academic and theoretical stuff found in most literature.

Scott Chacon is a Git evangelist and developer working at GitHub.com. He is the author of the Pro Git book by Apress (progit.org), the Git Internals Peepcode PDF as well as the maintainer of the Git homepage (git-scm.com) and the Git Community Book. Scott has presented at OSCON, RuPy, KungFu Rails, RailsConf, RubyConf, Scotland on Rails, Ruby Kaigi and a number of local groups and has done corporate training on Git across the country.

Matthew Weier O'Phinney is project lead for Zend Framework, in which role he serves as both architect and community liaison. He is a vocal advocate of open source, standards, and development best practices. He blogs regularly at http://weierophinney.net/matthew/, contributes periodially to Zend's Developer Zone (http://devzone.zend.com), and has been published both in php|architect as well as Sitepoint's second edition of "The PHP Anthology." He makes his home in Vermont, USA, with his wife, two children, and aging Basset Hound.

Dennis Benkert is a web developer from Cologne, Germany. As an employee at the web agency Interlutions he builds symfony applications for all kinds of clients. Besides developing symfony applications he is maintainer and co-programmer of the official symfony Textmate Bundle.
